An International study exploring the effects of crochet on wellbeing found that crochet offers positive benefits for personal wellbeing, with many respondents actively using crochet to manage mental health conditions and life events such as chronic illness, pain and grief.
'The Rookie' kit is suitable for beginners and newbie crocheters but also great fun for more experienced crocheters.
It uses a very easy to learn crochet technique that mimics a woven fabric, giving a cool and contemporary look to the cushion covers. The chunky yarn means the cushion can be made quickly. The kits and the cushions would also make wonderful gifts.
The yarn included in the kit is hand dyed, with the super chunky yarn also being spun by hand.

- One 100g ball of ‘skinny mini’ hand dyed yarn
- One pattern and stitch guide, giving step-by-step instructions on how to make your cushion

DELIVERY Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, for example Christmas holidays. Please allow a few extra days during these periods. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

PACKAGING Wrapping is so important to us at Southwood Living and your order will arrive in tissue paper tied with twine. Tiny items will arrive in pretty paper bags The outer packaging may not always be as pretty as the inside as we are doing our best to be eco-friendly and we re-use boxes wherever possible.
PRICING POLICY All prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS We hope that you will be totally happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or email. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.
